1991 Third – Launched 1 May 1991
The new England third kit was launched on the 1st May 1991 and made its only appearance during the 1-0 European Championships qualification match away to Turkey in Ismir. The kit will probably be remembered for Dennis Wise scoring his first and only international goal whilst wearing it and Steve Hodge winning his 24th and last cap as a substitute.

The England Third kit contains a predominately light blue shirt with multiple white diamonds scatterred throughout the torso. The collar is a navy blue polo neck with a white trim whilst the edges of the sleeves contain a white and black trim. Manufacturers Umbro place their navy blue logo in the top right of the shirt whilst the England three lions national badge is positioned in the top left.
