Welcome to our website where we are taking a look at every kit the English national team have worn, whether it be white, red, blue or even yellow and we are just talking outfield players. The kits have been manufacturerd by current "tailors" Umbro, Bukta and Admiral, we'll take a look at each individually and with your help find the best and worst that England have worn.

The new England third kit was launched on the 1st May 1991 and made its only appearance during the 1-0 European Championships qualification match away to Turkey in Ismir. The kit will probably be remembered for Dennis Wise scoring his first and only international goal whilst wearing it and Steve Hodge winning his 24th and last cap as a substitute.

1992 Third - Launched 25 March 19921992 Third – Launched 25 March 1992

The new England third kit was launched on the 25th March 1992 and made its first appearance during the 2-2 friendly encounter against Czech Republic in Praha. The shirt was retired on the 9th September 1992 after a 1-0 defeat to Spain in a friendly. The kit was only worn on these two occasions.

The kit contains a predominately white shirt with faint white Umbro diamonds throughout the entire torso area. 1992 Home – Launched 11 June 1992

The new England home kit was launched on the 11th June 1992 and made its first appearance during the 0-0 European Championship encounter against Denmark. The shirt was retired on the 17th June 1992 after a 2-1 defeat to Sweden in England’s final 1992 European Championship match. 1992 Away – Never worn

The 1992 England Away kit launched for the 1992 European Championships was never worn in a match by England. The kit contains a predominately red shirt with several darker red toned patterns that run throughout the torso. 1993 Home – Launched 17 February 1993

The new England away kit was launched in February 1993 and made its first appearance during the 6-0 World Cup qualifying victory against San Marino at Wembley. The shirt was retired in November 1994 after a 1-0 friendly victory over Nigeria. The kit was only worn on fourteen occasions mainly during Graham Taylor’s disastrous reign in charge where England failed to qualify for the 1994 [...]



1994 Away – Launched 17 May 1994

The new England away kit was launched in May 1994 and made its first appearance during the 5-0 friendly victory against Greece at Wembley. The shirt was retired in June 1995 after a 3-1 defeat to Brazil in a friendly summer tournament. The kit was only worn on three occasions with the match in February 1995 against Republic of Ireland abandoned in [...]



1995 Home – Launched 29 March 1995

The new England home kit was launched in March 1995 and made its first appearance during the 0-0 draw against Uruguay at Wembley. The shirt was retired in October 1996 after a World Cup 1998 qualifying victory against Poland. The kit was worn a total of sixteen times over the year and a half.
